
Nathan has over 10 years experience training a wide variety of clients ranging in age from 16-82. The most important part of my job is to make the program specific to that person and their goals. Nathan tailors his training sessions to each individual and incorporates exercises that will promote the best response from their body to achieve their goals efficiently and safely.
Nathan graduated from Simon Fraser University with a degree in Kinesiology and a burning passion for fitness. He has spent the better part of a decade studying and living health, wellness, and the pursuit of excellence. Nathan believes that the best coach is one that lives and breathes his own rhetoric. To be great, one must live consciously.
Nathan is a 2x Canadian national champion and 3x NAIA all American wrestler, who competes internationally. Nathan has pursued and achieved his goals, now let him help you achieve yours.
After graduating from SFU, Nathan received the health and fitness certificate from SFU, a lifestyle fitness coach, and has helped coach over 50 people in achieving their fitness goals. Nathan believes we all have the capability of training hard, the key is to find the motivation, determination and call to action within ourselves. Nathan helps people find that determination and to embrace that determination for self improvement.
