Sweat!

Sweating, it comes across as gross, even unpleasant. However it is a very natural response by your body. One that keeps the body cool, and prevents a person from becoming overheated. I have found myself constantly encouraging others to sweat. It is a sign of effort, and effort is a must when you are working toward fitness goals.
 
Sweating is your body’s reaction to overheating. When you work out, you increase your heart rate and use energy, thus producing heat.

Do you hit the gym daily, every other day, once in a blue moon? I ask because one of the most important things to have in a workout routine is consistency.

That way your body realizes it needs to conform to your new lifestyle choice rather then weather the, I want to get fit and train really hard for a week, storm. Make it a lifestyle choice something that is part of you and your future, rather than something you do just because someone told you to. Make the mental adjustment and keep it consistent and you will find the results you want.
