With over 4 years in the training business and many more years as the participant, I want to welcome you to join me in beating bellies, abolishing adipose, and denying diets! That’s right diets as in those trendy fad diets that last a month and then become a nuisance. I want to encourage balance in all aspects of a person’s life, like stress, nutrition, exercise, to name a few. So join me in making a fitter, energetic, more balance you!
I am happy to announce that currently classes are being held on Monday and Wednesday night in New Westminster for those people interested in losing those summer pounds, fitting in those work pants and getting back on track.
Group classes are a great place to meet some new friends or you can bring along a partner to help you through those tough sets. Either way group classes are an affordable way to stay in shape and look good doing it.
However group classes are not the only service offered. There is always the close, personal attention of a one on one training session. Get the workout that is tailored to your needs and goals. That way the pace and exercises are chosen to fit your needs and your needs alone!
