In life and when exercising it always seems we are presented with choices. In some places that may not be the case, however most of the people that I see do have choices. However the decisions that we make about the choices we are given will be what determine success or mediocrity.
For instance if your goal is to lose weight, lean up (or lean out if you prefer) and create the body of your desire. Are you committing yourself to the task?
Such as:
- Ensuring you are eating well? Eating good food (non-processed), eating the right amount, eating based on your goal?
- Maximizing your effort in the gym? Striving for one more rep, going the extra mile while doing cardio, making it in to the gym consistently
It comes down to a little planning. Having a game plan for you and implementing it. Become a person of action!
You just have to make that decision.
